RETURN POLICY

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns for products purchased within 14 days.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send us an email with your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return to info@neohairlotion.ca to request a return authorization.

Kindly ensure that you have received a return authorization email before shipping your returns.

The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at www.neohairlotion.ca. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy and Shipment processing time.

All orders are processed on the same day or the next day of placing the order and will be shipped and delivered within

2-4 business days inside Canada.

Customers will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number once the order is shipped.

 

We will inform you via email or phone if the shipment is delayed or the processing time exceeds the usual agreed one.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

​Undeliverable or refused packages:

​If the package can not be delivered due to an incorrect address or is refused by the recipient, it may be returned to us as undeliverable. In this case, we will notify you about the undeliverable package. You can choose to reship the package at your own cost.

Please note that undeliverable packages due to wrong addresses that are lost in transit can not be refunded. Any shipping fees paid at the time of order or reship are non-refundable. To avoid this charge, please ensure the shipping address is correct before placing your order.

IMPORTANT: Most common shipment returns reason is for "incomplete address". please make sure you add the full address including your UNIT/APP#.

Taxes and Customs:

International orders may be charged customs fees. Neo Hair Lotion has no control over possible import charges assessed by the countries’ destination.

Shipment Missing:

  • Missing packages can be stressful. But not to worry! Here are some things to try:

  • Check that your shipping address is correct.

  • Check around your home or building, or with neighbors. Boxes may have been left at the back doors or at the address next door.

  • Give it a few more days

  • Sometimes carriers incorrectly scan packages that are still in transit. That means that your package could be marked as “Delivered” even though it’s still on its way to you. We completely understand the frustration! But your package is likely to show up within a few days of a false scan.

  • Contact the Carrier

  • Use your tracking number to start your claim for items lost in transit.
